As a growing organization, you will need services of different professionals from time to time.

- Recommend only certified FLPs (Freelancing Professionals)
- The project contract will be between you and u-connect directly and not the FLPs.
- One of the u-connect engagement professionals will be your direct contact. He/she will ensure delivery of quality services. He/she, typically a management consultant, will also assist the FLP in his/her work, provide inputs, co-ordinate between FLPs when there are more than one freelancers engaged and work directly with you to ensure that your requirements are met at every stage.
